Office Administrator position in the Print & Dispatch area.
This is a 3-month initial contract with the possibility of extension. Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, on-site. Hourly rate: €15 per hour. Start date: 10 days from confirmation. Responsibilities:Thoroughly sort and review documents to ensure accuracy before posting to members.Proficient in Life400, Workflow, and Microsoft Office Suite.Basic knowledge of Salesforce.Manage and package bulk policy documents efficiently.Create pins and passwords for security purposes.Document returned post on Life400.Use Workflow to monitor daily document processing, collaborating with teams 2, 3, and 4 to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Communicate daily with the print team, assign tasks, and maintain good rapport with other teams.
