The Klaaskickz Academy offers fun, inclusive soccer sessions to primary schools and clubs in Ireland. We use our Klaaskickz Football Boots to help children learn the basics of football through colours. The Klaaskickz Academy provides 6-week programmes to primary schools with football boots included for each child, aiming to improve basic football skills among children. The company's innovative approach aims to address the lack of football skills in 50% of primary school kids in Ireland.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head Football Coach at The Klaaskickz Academy. The Head Football Coach will be responsible for coaching, training, and communicating with children to help them learn football basics through the unique colour-coded system. The role involves overseeing day-to-day coaching activities and ensuring the progress and development of young players.
Qualifications
* Football coaching and coaching skills
* Experience in coaching football and working with children
* Strong communication skills
* Training experience in a sports-related field
* Passion for youth development and football education
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Certification in coaching or related field is a plus
* Prior experience in football coaching at a school or academy
