We are seeking a motivated Change Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master with Agile experience in cybersecurity or regulated environments.
You will support cross-functional teams in delivering secure, high-quality cybersecurity solutions, driving change, managing projects, and removing impediments, collaborating closely with management, security engineers, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and best practices.
* Developing existing or future business analysts.
* Guiding teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
* Identifying and addressing blockers and dependencies.
* Collaborating with operational managers to refine and prioritize backlogs aligned with business goals.
* Monitoring and reporting team performance with data-driven insights.
* Enhancing AzureDevOps usage for efficient workflows.
* Building and monitoring dashboards in AzureDevOps and PowerBi.
* Supporting capacity planning for project and operational managers.
Ideal candidate skills and experience:
* Experience with cybersecurity teams or in secure/regulated sectors.
* Ability to manage dependencies and align delivery with strategic priorities.
* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
* Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* Experience with ServiceNow is beneficial but not essential.
* Understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools.
* Experience in DevSecOps and integrating security into Agile workflows.
* Knowledge of threat management, incident response, or vulnerability management.
