We are seeking a skilled Building Information Modelling Coordinator to join our Drawing team in Mallow, Co. Cork.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience with managing multi-discipline coordinated models, drawings, and schedules, as well as aligning design development with project BIM execution plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate complex models, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all disciplines
* Collaborate with design teams to develop and implement effective BIM strategies
* Liaise between Mechanical & Electrical Designers and Civil & Structural Designers to ensure seamless integration of designs
* Attend model coordination meetings and maintain the integrity of the model
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Familiarity with digital construction principles and emerging BIM technologies, including Revit and Navisworks
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
