This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience.About the RoleAs the Client Data Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring new customers are seamlessly onboarded onto the platform. Working closely with internal teams you'll be responsible for preparing, manipulating, validating and integrating customer data, as well as configuring the product to meet each client's unique operational requirements.This is a hands-on, data-centric position suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, translating customer needs into system configurations, and delivering a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience. You will receive full training from your manager on technical requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end data onboarding activities for new clients.Prepare, clean, transform, and validate customer datasets to ensure accuracy and compatibility.Configure the product platform based on client specifications and operational workflows.Work collaboratively with customer success, product, and technical teams to ensure successful client go-live.Identify data issues and troubleshoot discrepancies efficiently.Maintain clear, professional communication with your manager around progress, requirements, and timelines.Document processes, configuration steps, and integration outcomes.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and data quality.You will have:Strong experience working with data—data manipulation, cleansing, and validationMasters in Data AnalyticsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.Experience in SaaS, software implementation, data operations, or similar roles is highly advantageous.Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Apply with your CV for immediate consideration
