Salary: €49,210 - €58,868 per annum (incremental scale)
This role involves providing technical support to internal users and external clients, liaising with third-party providers and supporting the delivery and design of a Microsoft 365 environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including Office 365, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint. They should also have an understanding of network terminology, topology, and TCP/IP model. Additionally, experience in supporting enterprise applications and knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Power Platform, Power Apps, and O365 Security & Compliance would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and promotion of ICT policies and procedures, troubleshooting Office 365 issues, and supporting the design and delivery of a Microsoft 365 environment. This will involve managing third-party activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the environment.
