This position is based in Dublin 15
As a CBRE Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all services for the client building, ensuring that all vendor service levels are maintained and that KPI targets are met.
Role Summary:
 * Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
 * Provide an exceptional Workplace Experience to all colleagues and guests visiting
 * Act as the Primary Facilities POC for the building.
 * Ensure a professional / courteous working relationship is maintained with the client and service partners.
 * Ensure that all PPM’s are carried out as scheduled, inline with CBRE procedures and paperwork is filed as required.
 * Ensure that all reactive tickets are logged and managed as per contract SLA’s.
 * Event Management Ownership – Manage event requests and trackers. Take complete ownership of process and ensure that all meeting rooms and event spaces are ready and set up each day as per the booking requirements.
 * Manage event bookings and collaborate with all associated teams including but not limited to CBRE onsite team, meeting organisers, equipment owners (IT/AV team) and catering teams.
 * Have total ownership of floors and the surroundings areas to ensure the best work experience.
 * Manage consumables and asset management.
 * Manage client helpdesk system, ensuring tickets raised and assigned for all activities.
 * Management of all sub‑contracted services and ensure all services provided are resourced and maintained to a high standard and within the client’s guidelines. Including the competent completion of inductions, ATWs, DRAs when required
 * Support the Contract Manager in monitoring services and suppliers and ensure that the required standards are maintained ensuring SLA’s & KPI’s are achieved as well as ensuring the site always remains compliant with current Health & Safety legislation.
 * Support space management requirements for site.
 * Be a Moves and Changes liaison, providing solutions and planning support when required.
 * Complete all E Learning modules on time and with no manager escalation.
 * Gather data for the client and complete CBRE reporting.
 * Ensure all vendors deliver services in line with the contractual obligation and resolve any supplier issues directly with vendors
 * Raise Purchase Orders and process client invoicing
 * Co‑ordinate access of Vendors with assistance from client security team
 * Ensure office equipment is in working order and has sufficient supplies
 * Regular office audits, recording, assigning and closing out all faults
 * Carry out cleaning audits in conjunction with the cleaning Vendor, recording, assigning and closing out all faults
Experience Required:
 * Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
 * Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
 * Excellent communications skills with a strong ability to build and maintain strong client and service partner relationships.
 * Strong customer service ethic
 * Confident oral and written skills.
 * Strong experience in an FM or related services environment and experience in Facilities Management SLA's / KPI's
 * Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
 * In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Suite. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets
 * Excellent organisational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

 * Strong ability to work off own initiative
 * Ability to work to pressured deadlines and take on challenges when required
