* Support the Accommodation Manager in overseeing daily operations
* Maintain high quality standards by documenting and adhering to set protocols
* Foster effective team dynamics within the department
* Ensure compliance with all Human Resource Management procedures
* Create weekly rosters for staff members
Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene levels, customer feedback systems, stock control, and equipment maintenance.
