About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive strategic product direction across our global gifting platform while maintaining a holistic view of our product ecosystem. You'll work closely with the design and leadership teams to shape and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment between customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
What you'll do?
1. Strategic Leadership
2. Develop and maintain a quarterly product roadmap with key stakeholders
3. Lead impact vs. effort prioritisation across multiple product initiatives
4. Identify strategic opportunities to align product development with broader business goals
5. Maintain a comprehensive view of product workstreams to ensure cohesive development
6. Program Management
7. Oversee timeline management across multiple concurrent projects
8. Partner with Engineering and Project teams to proactively identify risks and maximise resource utilisation and impact
9. Drive critical decision-making around project trade-offs and timeline adjustments
10. Communicate project status and impacts to the Leadership team
11. Cross-functional Leadership
12. Champion product thinking across the organisation
13. Drive alignment and consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders
14. Foster collaborative relationships between product, engineering, design, and business teams
15. Create clear product strategy documentation (roadmaps, briefs, PRDs)
16. Lead product discovery and refinement processes across multiple product areas
17. Balance short-term customer needs with long-term strategic objectives
18. Align product roadmap priorities to commercial impact, not just feature delivery
19. Design and execute integration strategies that solve complex customer workflow challenges and drive measurable platform value
20. Maintain deep expertise in market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
21. Stakeholder & External Relations
22. Own relationships with key external teams, including Marketing and Client Success
23. Communicate roadmap and strategy
24. Direct the creation of presentation materials and documentation for various audience levels
25. Process Optimisation
26. Guide the Product and Design team in documentation and reporting best practices
27. Maintain frameworks for feature request evaluation and prioritisation
28. Define success metrics across multiple product initiatives
29. Drive data-informed decision-making across the product organisation
30. Communicate product data to the Leadership team and across the business, ensuring the company is well-informed on product impact
What you'll need
1. 5+ years of product management experience
2. Proven track record of leading complex product initiatives from conception to launch
3. Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
6. Desire to work in a lean, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly
7. A track record of driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
8. Exceptional customer-interfacing skills with experience gathering customer feedback and translating it into actionable problems and product improvements.
9. Experience designing and implementing API integrations and workflow automations in SaaS products
10. Understanding of how integrations drive customer value through streamlined workflows and process automation
11. Experience with B2B SaaS and Marketplace business models is preferred
