The Opportunity: Project Management Leader
As a Project Management Leader based in Dundalk, you'll lead and execute a diverse portfolio of strategic automation projects from inception to handover. You'll manage multiple projects across robotics, turnkey automated machines, electrical systems, reporting tools, and simulation platforms across varied industry sectors.
* Develop and implement robust project management processes, validation documentation, and best practices.
* Own end-to-end delivery: safety, financials, scheduling, and scope adherence.
* Ensure compliance with engineering, regulatory, and company standards.
* Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, cost, budgets, and gain approvals.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams (engineering professionals, contractors) through complex projects.
* Mentor junior/intermediate PMs to build a high-performing project team.
* Create and monitor project budgets, negotiate with contractors and suppliers to stay on track.
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate parallel project activities using planning tools.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to protect scope, time, and cost.
* Oversee procurement planning, start-up & commissioning, project handover, and warranty follow-up.
What You Bring:
* Third-level engineering qualification or PMP certification with 5+ years of relevant experience.
* Proven ability to manage and deliver projects from initiation through close-out.
* Demonstrated leadership working with diverse engineering teams and third-party contractors.
* Strong financial acumen: experience managing cash flow, life-cycle costs, and project finances.
* Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP is a plus.
* Automation, robotics, or pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous.
