Key duties include: Preparing, processing and checking payroll for weekly and monthly paid staff Ensuring accuracy of hours, rates, deductions, and statutory payments Responding to internal and external payroll-related queries Maintaining and updating employee records in line with GDPR Liaising with HMRC, producing reports and submitting RTI submissions Supporting finance and HR teams with payroll reporting and reconciliation The Person: The ideal Payroll Administrator will have: Proven experience in a high-volume payroll processing role Strong knowledge of current payroll legislation and best practice Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in payroll software (e.g.
