Job Title: Business Development Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Demand Generation team as a Business Development Coordinator.
This role will involve supporting our sales activities, ensuring seamless deal workflows, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and process deals from discovery through to close, ensuring compliance with stage gates, pricing, and approval policies.
* Act as point of contact for inbound inquiries and run tailored outreach to identify new leads.
* Schedule sales calls and provide timely updates on deal status to relevant stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and agreements based on established pricing models.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on demand generation insights.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing (or equivalent work experience).
* 1-2 years of experience in a sales operations or administrative support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and quoting tools.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
