Business Development Role
This is a business development role that involves working with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet sales and profit objectives by selling vehicles, finance, and insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect for new customers using databases and follow up on leads through website inquiries, phone calls, and emails
* Follow a designed sales process to achieve maximum results from available opportunities
* Meet individual profit objectives set by senior management
* Provide prompt and expert advice to customers regarding available products
* Participate in external promotional activities to raise brand awareness and generate sales opportunities
* Qualify customer needs and present dealership products and services
Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in a sales environment, premium brand experience desirable but not essential
* Motor industry experience is desirable, but not essential
* Strong communication skills with internal and external customers, suppliers, and manufacturers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email)
* Experience with CRM Systems is desirable but not essential
This role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a busy environment.
