As we continue our journey toward becoming Irelands most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as Export Coordinator.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Export Coordinator to join our Export Team to support the development of the FoodEx business internationally.
The Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing the touch points between the FoodEx business and the retail and wholesale divisions.
The purpose of the role will be to deliver first class service to export customers while ensuring operational efficiency in fulfilment, clear communication across the business and the fostering of long-term stable relationships for all.
The role will be based in across the Tramore Road and Airport Road sites in Cork City, with occasional travel to the Ballymun site in Dublin, with three office-based days and two remote days the current dynamic, this is flexible and may change in the future.
Please note this is a 9 - 12 month contract.
What youll be doing: Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Delivery of service excellence to all export customers; availability of product, accuracy and completeness of paperwork & certification and supporting product information.
Maximising availability through cross functional and cross divisional stakeholder management.
Performance measurement of customer service agreements, generation of KPIs and escalation of issues.
Driving sales performance through customer engagement and relationship management.
Maintenance of catalogue data and pricing for existing and new customers.
Maintenance of Food Safety & Quality (FS&Q) records for traceability for all customers and issuance of health certification requirements for customer orders.
Forecasting and demand planning for customers and ensuring this is communicated, maintained and reported to relevant stakeholders internally and external to the business.
Fulfilment of customer orders and provision of supporting documentation to meet customers requirements.
Maintenance of brand & own brand product information requirements and communication of the latest versions of artwork, images, ingredients, nutritional information and allergens to all customers.
What were looking for: Essential: Three years or more relevant experience within a supply chain / trading / sales role, an aptitude for leveraging data, fulfilment of customer orders and growing sales sustainably.
Proven ability to achieve high quality results in delivering service excellence.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work from own initiative.
Technology skills, including competency in MS Office suite and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on commitments, thereby building trust.
A natural predisposition to the Musgrave Values; long-term stable relationships, honesty, not being greedy, working hard and achievement.
Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity.
A focus on continuous improvement and learning on the job.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, remotely and across countries, cultures and time zones.
