Manufacturing Engineer
Position Summary
Our client is looking for Manufacturing Engineer's to join our advanced manufacturing team focused on producing medical devices.
This is a strategic, hands-on role, offering exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing disciplines such as automation, robotics, thermal coatings, automated inspection, and continuous process improvement.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership across complex manufacturing processes, delivering innovative solutions that enhance product quality and operational performance.
Drive a culture of high engagement and continuous development by mentoring and supporting a team of engineers through structured technical guidance.
Lead root cause analysis and the development of robust solutions to technical challenges across automated and manual processes.
Own system-level design strategy and oversee the design, development, testing, and refinement of manufacturing systems, sub-systems, and components.
Qualifications
Level 8 Degree in an Engineering discipline.
2 plus years manufacturing experience with increasing levels of responsibility
Advanced qualifications highly desirable (Master's, PhD, or Six Sigma Black Belt).
Proven experience in thermal spray coatings, deposition technologies, or materials science is a distinct advantage.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional engineering teams within high-tech or regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, results-driven setting.
