Job Title: General Operative Location: Scarva Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 4:30pm Friday: 7:00am - 1:30pm Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Reporting to: Fabrication Manager About the Role Due to continued growth, we are seeking to integrate a General Labourer to support our client's expanding fabrication and assembly teams. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities Assist the Fabrication and Assembly Team with daily operations. Train on the Saw and Beveller to provide cover during absenteeism. Support the Material Preparation Area to ensure efficient workflow. Essential Criteria Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous assembly experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Competent in using measuring tape, hand tools, and power tools. Desirable Criteria Valid CSR Card. Current Forklift Licence.
