Job Title: Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our culinary team as an Executive Chef Assistant. This role involves ensuring food preparation meets the highest standards by assisting the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in planning, preparing, and serving high-quality dishes.
* Assist with menu planning and recipe development.
* Train staff and ensure adherence to Hygiene and Safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent culinary skills, knowledge of kitchen operations, and strong leadership abilities. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is required.

* Culinary Diploma or degree from a recognized institution.
* Proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
