A well-established construction consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a significant new project in Dublin.

The Role
Cost planning and budget management
Procurement and tender analysis
Valuations and cost reporting
Managing variations and change control
Contract administration duties (JCT exposure advantageous)
Liaising with clients, contractors, and design teams
Supporting senior commercial staff in delivering projects successfully
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on budget and aligned with commercial objectives.
About You
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Experience delivering construction projects (consultancy or contractor background)
Strong commercial awareness and reporting capability
Experience working under standard forms of contract (JCT knowledge beneficial)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
