Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering quality solutions and improving processes.
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for driving field quality improvements by partnering with customers, factories, and cross-functional teams to identify issues, lead corrective actions, and ensure products meet quality standards from development through deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support projects in all phases to deliver quality according to standards and customer requirements.
* Communicate with the customers, factories, project management team and construction site team to proactively see installations and document improvement needs.
* Determine the data driven top customer field issues list.
