As Aera Director of Sales, you will report to the Deputy Head of Sales Ireland. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively and liaise with the General Managers in your area, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success. Lead hotel strategy in the planning and forecasting of owned business segments Support & adopt a culture of lead generation across the hotels. Represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate. Adoption of all available tools to support efficient ways of working including CRM, BI Tool, Market Intelligence Tools and Solver What You Will Need: Minimum 5years experience working as a Director of Sales/Cluster Sales Manager Multi-site experience is a distinct advantage Strong leadership skills & experience of managing a team Effective communicator who promotes collaboration Strong influencer Be commercially aware with strong analytical skills, beable to understand key business indicators and competitive trends Excellent organisation and planning skills Sales focused and results driven Knowledge of the Galway market essential About us Dalata Hotel Group We bring theheartof hospitalityto every hotel we own and operate.
