Our client, a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consumer brand, is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the next phase of brand and commercial growth. With strong foundations already in place, this is a hands‑on leadership role where you will shape strategy, drive execution, and elevate brand presence across Ireland.
This opportunity will suit a commercially minded marketing leader who enjoys operating in a scaling environment and is motivated by building brands, driving awareness, and delivering measurable growth.
The Role
Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy to support ambitious growth plans
Build brand awareness and positioning across consumer and trade audiences
Drive demand generation across digital, retail and eCommerce platforms
Lead campaigns across brand, content, social, PR and product marketing
Drive social media growth and engagement to increase brand awareness, build community and support measurable sales growth across digital and retail channels
Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing with commercial objectives
Support the growth of owned brands and product innovation initiatives
Bring structure, pace and best practice to a growing marketing function
This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to make a tangible impact from day one.
The Ideal Candidate
8+ years’ experience in a senior marketing leadership role
Proven track record of scaling or growing a brand from early‑stage to market traction
Strong commercial mindset with focus on measurable outcomes
Hands‑on, creative and action‑oriented approach
Experience across digital, brand and campaign delivery
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
