About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mediterranean Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

Job Description:
* As a Mediterranean Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
* You will supervise staff, maintain high levels of food preparation, and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
* You will also be involved in menu planning, design, and implementation, as well as ensuring that all kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
* You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to achieve excellent Guest and Member experience.
* You will be responsible for controlling wastage, maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, and contributing to improving gross profit margins.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising staff and maintaining high levels of food preparation
* Maintaining an excellent Guest and Member experience
* Controlling wastage
* Ensuring that food which is prepared and presented is of high quality
* Organizing stock rotation in the section with regard to mise-en-place production and its service
* Aiding the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff
* Maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues are reported
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mediterranean Chef de Partie
* A relevant trade commercial cookery qualification
* Coaching skills
* Excellent communication skills
* NVQ Level 3
* Achieved advanced Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 1 & 2
* Experience in leadership/supervisory roles is desirable
