Operating at scale, they have multiple high-performing branches and are now seeking a proven leader to take the reins of their busy Dublin branch, which has an annual turnover in excess of €20M.The Role:As Branch Manager, you will have full autonomy for the day-to-day and strategic management of this flagship location. You will lead a well-established team, driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence. This role comes with full P&L responsibility, margin control, and the authority to make decisions that directly impact performance.Your focus will be on delivering strong financial results, implementing change where required, and ensuring the branch maintains its position as a market leader.
