To continue that legacy and support the future of mobility, we're looking for a 3rd/4th year Apprentice/Newly Qualified Technician, to join our Skoda After Sales team.
The Role:
This is a hands-on, full-time role servicing and maintaining passenger vehicles, including electric models. You will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of technical care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair faults across Skoda models, using the latest tools and diagnostic equipment.
* Carry out routine vehicle inspections, including producing vehicle health checks and video updates to inform customers about the condition of their vehicle and any repair recommendations.
* Use the company's dealer management system (DMS) to accurately log job details, time spent and completed tasks in line with workshop processes.
* Plan and manage daily workload in coordination with the service advisors and workshop controller.
* Maintain clear communication with the Service and Parts departments to ensure smooth job flow.
* When required, explain vehicle issues and repair options directly to customers in a clear and professional manner.
What We're Looking For:
* 3rd / 4th year apprentice or newly qualified motor technician.
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
* A team player with a flexible, positive attitude.
* Full, clean driving licence essential.
