Job Description The Associate Director, Financial Planning Analysis (Revenue Focus) is a strategic finance leader responsible for driving revenue forecasting, performance analysis, and commercial insights that support executive decision making.
This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Lines of Business, and senior leadership to shape the company's revenue strategy, enhance forecasting accuracy, and support long term growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, experience with subscription or transactional revenue models, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
7+ years of FP A, commercial finance, or strategic finance experience, ideally in a high-growth or SaaS/recurring-revenue environment.
Strong understanding of revenue models including Assets under Administration, and transactional models.
Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting methodologies, and commercial analytics.
Proficiency with planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
