Talent Acquisition Specialist for Financial Services

Key Objectives:

Requirements for this role:
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally within commercial or financial services recruitment.
* Proven track record of recruiting for commercial and financial services positions.
* Solid sourcing expertise with the ability to identify, engage, and manage talent pools.
* Strong motivation and drive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
* Understanding of RPO models and working within client delivery structures.
* Excellent attention to detail and a data-driven approach to recruitment delivery.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with candidates and stakeholders.
* Collaborative team player with a track record of meeting delivery SLAs and KPIs.
