In this permanent, full-time position, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Director of Nursing, leading the nursing and care team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to residents. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the management of clinical services and daily operations. Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff. Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations. Contribute to strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: Registered Nurse with NMBI (General Division). Minimum 5 years post-registration experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Experience in a nursing home or older persons care setting is highly desirable.
