9. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and process mapping sessions, driving stakeholder engagement.
10. Prepare high-quality documents for programme/business senior management/C-Suite, ensuring clarity and concision.
11. Communicate effectively with the engagement team, clients, and internal stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships.
12. Apply structured problem-solving approaches to complex challenges, driving solutions-oriented outcomes.
13. Coach junior competency/engagement team members, promoting growth and development.
14. Support Senior Managers in delivering Service Quality practices and standards, upholding excellence.
15. Contribute to EY FSO Business Consulting business development activities, driving growth and innovation.
16. Monitor and report on operational metrics, ensuring alignment with EY Business Consulting goals.
17. Promote the Business Transformation community of practice, enhancing knowledge sharing and collaboration.
