Network Inspection Supervisor & Insurance Recovery Coordinator
Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate data management, supervising network inspectors, and coordinating insurance recovery processes. Reporting to the Data Manager, you will play a key role in system improvements and rollout initiatives.
Required skills and qualifications include technical knowledge, leadership ability, and administrative precision:
* Full, clean 'B' driving licence (essential)
* Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (preferred)
* Experience supervising lone worker teams and managing data quality
* Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and health & safety regulations
* Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills
* 5+ years of operations and maintenance experience (advantageous)
* Experience in winter maintenance, traffic management, GIS software, or MS Project (advantageous)
* Strong communication and IT skills
