OverviewWe are seeking a senior procurement leader (Director level) to oversee procurement operations, governance, and team management, working on a major rail infrastructure projects in Ireland.Reporting to the Commercial Director, managing a team of 20, including 5 direct reports.ResponsibilitiesLead the creation and management of procurement documents and strategies, ensuring alignment with commercial policies and best practices and EU Procurement Directives and Irish National Regulations and laws.Client Side and stakeholder managementProven track record managing and developing teamsRequirementsExtensive experience at a senior level within procurement and contract management functions in a range of complex high-profile construction, engineering and service-oriented areas and in a demanding safety critical environment as a client or for client bodies.Knowledge of the NEC and other standard contract forms and commercial risks.
