We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our HR and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) functions.
About the Role
* Lead and manage HR and EHS activities, providing strategic and operational leadership for our manufacturing facility.
* Build strong relationships with business leaders and managers, collaborating with them to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, provide tailored HR and EHS solutions and support.
* Coach managers and leaders to manage & develop their teams and handle HR and EHS issues efficiently, appropriately and effectively.
* Partner with leaders and managers to ensure effective performance management processes are followed through effective goal setting for each department and individual based on strategic business goals.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of open actions and the effective administration of the EHS Management System.
* Ensure consistent and equitable application of our HR policies, including time and attendance management and performance management, by providing guidance and oversight to people managers.
* Oversee payroll and benefits administration for our facility and other EU jurisdictions as assigned.
* Lead the compensation/merit review process for our facility in partnership with the Leadership Team.
* Work closely with leaders and managers to align HR and EHS strategies and initiatives with our overall business objectives and goals.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Employment Law, or a relevant discipline.
* 3+ years' experience within a HR Strategic/Leadership role, ideally within a multinational organisation.
* Experience in HR business partnering with ownership for a business area.
* A thorough knowledge of employment law, practices, and their application.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders.
* Strong team player with the ability to engage and influence.
* Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Strong IT proficiency and administrative skills.
