Job Description
At Hello Ag, we are seeking a highly motivated and exceptional Care Manager to join our team.
We require an individual who will assist in growing and managing a team of motivated, compassionate Carers in their assigned area. The successful candidate will be fully supported by our Platinum Support Centre.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient management of carer on-boarding, carer rosters, carer training/development and overall carer welfare with support from Regional Manager and Platinum Support Office.
* Deliver 20-hour Carer Induction Training using One Touch Care Management software, ensuring Carers are prepared and trained to provide high-quality care.
* Monitor daily activities using One Touch Care Management software, focusing on safeguarding and compliance at every level, and take necessary actions.
* Communicate closely with the Support Office regarding Scheduling runs, Client Care, and HSE communication.
* Identify, monitor, and manage training needs within the team, implementing a career development path aligned with Platinum Homecare's HR strategy.
* Conduct Client Quality Assurance reviews and record them in line with Platinum Homecare and HSE Standards.
* Take responsibility for all reasonable duties supporting the provision of high-level care.
Requirements:
* QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher).
* 3-5 years' experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role.
* Experience in using One Touch Care Management software is preferable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Well-organized and process-driven individual.
