Due to our continuing growth, Stepping Stones Care is now recruiting a HR Manager part time - Temp.
This position in based in our Head Office in Howth, North Co, Dublin.
This is a full-time role, 5 days a week 9.00am to *****pm

Role & Responsibilities
Responsibility for the full employee cycle from recruitment to exit interviews.
Manage the HR function and be the main point of contact between for staff and senior
management.
Provide guidance and support to management on matters relating to recruitment,
performance management, disciplinary's, grievances, development plans,
organisational change.
Take a positive approach to employee relations issues to maintain a positive climate
within the company
Provide support and coaching to managers in terms of employment legislation and
dispute resolution.
Ensure that the company is compliant with all personal files for HIQA inspections.
Liaise with payroll as required on any pay related queries.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures are adhered to and up to date.
General Administration, responding to calls and dealing with issues on a day to day
basis.
Reviewing rosters and ensure they are received from each Designated Centre on a
weekly basis.
Person Specification
Degree in Human Resource Management or related qualification.
Minimum 3 years
Human Resource experience, ideally 1 year in Healthcare.
Payroll experience would be an advantage but not essential.
Strong team player, working as part of a small team based in Howth.
Excellent communication skills and organisational skills.
Strong decision & problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm and objective at all times.
Strong phone, email and knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel.
