Job Title: Construction Project Manager
A key role in our company is to oversee the smooth delivery of construction projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating site teams and ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction and 3+ years experience in a similar position on a large project. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to travel regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site team to ensure smooth delivery of the project
* Compile valuations and regular reports on project delivery
* Assist site engineers with setting out
* Ensure all works are completed to company standards
* Oversee regular reporting such as site time sheets and safety files
* Regularly report on site progress to Senior Management
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction
* 3+ years experience in a similar position on a large project
* Knowledge of software such as Total Station
* Full Driver's Licence
* Full Right to Work in Ireland
* Ability to travel - you will work across multiple sites
