THE ROLE:Liaise with professional services firm to oversee the review and development of the existing financial modelMaintain the existing financial model always applying best practice financial modelling guidelinesSupport in the assessment of potential acquisitionsPrepare Market Research Summaries for incorporation in Quarterly Management ReportsPrepare schedules to analyse and communicate the results of the year end valuations both internally and to Investors
RequirementsDegree in Finance, Economics, Business Studies etc5 -8 years experience, preferably within Real Estate (Banking, Developer, Investment Manager etc)Highly organised, conscientious and diligent with a good work ethicStrong excel and report writing skillsBenefits
