Located in Sandyford, Dublin, Echelon Data Centres is now seeking a
Commercial / Leasing Director
to join the team. The Commercial / Leasing Director role provides an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing Irish company and will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Responsibilities
* Support the execution of data centre leases and agreements by assisting in the discussion, redlining, and management of commercial and business terms.
* Prepare deal summaries for review by executive leadership.
* Ensure alignment by coordinating closely with internal legal, finance, and technical teams.
* Conduct detailed market research around pricing, analyse the data centre landscape, and assess potential new markets for data centre expansion. Provide regular reports on key market trends.
* Maintain tracking systems for the sales/development pipeline.
* Support technical due diligence activities and lease/agreement exhibit compilation.
Skills and Experience
Essential
* Five years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.
* Five years of experience in commercial or industrial real estate, sourcing, or infrastructure acquisition.
Beneficial
* Understanding of data centre concepts, power, or cooling technology

* Ability to operate in a 'sell-side' environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
