Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily performance.
Deliver sales, margin, and profitability targets.
Drive exceptional customer service standards across retail and trade customers.
Manage, coach, and develop staff to create a high‑performance culture.
Oversee stock control, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and supplier coordination.
Manage budgets, staffing levels, and operational costs effectively.
Requirements
A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience as a manager within a large retail environment.
Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering sales and profitability targets.
Excellent leadership, team management, and staff development skills.
A business‑related degree is required.
