Offer description

The Role
You will take a senior leadership role within the Irish funds practice, advising on the full spectrum of fund regulation and structuring work. The team has a strong track record advising on UCITS, AIFs and a growing focus on exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and aggregate fund structures.
Areas of practice include:

UCITS and AIF authorisation and structuring
Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) — structuring, listing and regulatory compliance
Aggregate and umbrella fund structures
AIFMD compliance and cross-border distribution
Central Bank of Ireland authorisation and ongoing regulatory engagement
Management company (ManCo) structuring and governance
Fund mergers, restructurings and closures
Ongoing regulatory advisory and product development

You
You will be a solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience and a deep specialisation in Irish fund regulation. You will have experience advising on UCITS and/or AIFMD structures and a working knowledge of the ETF landscape and aggregate fund architectures.
