Facilities Administrator
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Facilities Administrator. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
As a Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and stakeholders. This will involve greeting visitors warmly, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and maintaining accurate records of guests, suppliers, contractors, and other visitors.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with security protocols, issuing visitor passes and employee identification cards, and upholding health and safety standards. Additionally, you will assist with financial administration tasks, coordinate contractor agreements, and maintain accurate property files and tenant records.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Front of House Receptionist, with facilities administration being an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel, and an exceptional level of professionalism are essential requirements.

**Requirements:**
