Job Role: HR Administrator
Our organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to provide comprehensive support to the HR department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of Human Resources, including labour planning, recruitment processes, and implementing tailored induction plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver onsite induction programs ensuring that new employees receive a seamless transition into the organization.
* Liaise with department managers and oversee labour planning and recruitment processes throughout the company.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills are essential for this role.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within the hospitality sector is preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
* Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
