Chef de partie
Join our award-winning team at Harvey's Point Hotel as Chef de partie in our Kitchen Team. The Chef de partie is an important position working closely with the Executive Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs to ensure the exceptional delivery of high quality food to our guests.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
Casual dining and fine dining at Harvey's Point
To assist the Dept Managers so that the kitchen operations run smoothly, working together with the service teams
To assist in the supervision and training of junior members of staff
To assist in the ordering of food items when necessary
To adhere to our HACCP system
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years’ experience as a Chef de partie in a luxury hotel setting
