Our SAP practice is experiencing an exciting period of growth. We are interested in hearing from experienced SAP professionals who would like to take their careers to the next level. EY’s global SAP practice now totals more than 26,000+ dedicated SAP professionals in over 150 countries and we are investing heavily in S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, Concur, GTS, SCP, Analytics, and other new SAP solutions. We help our clients tackle their most difficult challenges by implementing SAP solutions that enable business transformation and deliver real value.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate design workshops to gather client industry and business requirements.
* Design and configure appropriate best‑practice solutions for SAP TM, including Master Data, Order Management integration, Planning profiles, Carrier selection, Freight settlement, Cost distribution, and integrations with other SAP modules and third‑party systems.
* Produce key project deliverables such as design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials, and data migration support.
* Execute integration testing and support other testing activities such as UAT or performance testing.
* Learn accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre‑Configured Industry Solutions for potential use on client engagements.
* Support planning and management of client projects throughout all phases – Prepare, Explore, Realise‑Build, Realise‑Test, and Deploy.
* Share best‑practice knowledge within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines; develop other team members.
* Support the development of the SAP practice by leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
* A third‑level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience.
* Minimum 7 years of experience delivering SAP Transportation Management with a proven track record of successful implementations and support, including at least 2 years in a similar consulting role.
* Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, SAP Logistics S/4HANA best‑practice processes and implementation scenarios.
* Proven experience in designing and configuring SAP Logistics processes – including SAP TM design and configuration and integration with other third‑party systems.
* Proven track record of delivering SAP transportation management solutions embedded or standalone.
* Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach.
* Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior‑level clients.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
* Relevant SAP certifications in Transport Management or related modules.
