This role focuses on developing comprehensive current and future state process maps, ensuring alignment between global sites, and supporting harmonization of workflows. The position requires expertise in process design tools, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration to enable lean, standardized, and scalable operations.Key responsibilities:Lead the planning, organization, and facilitation of process mapping workshops in different client locations with SMEs from all relevant functions including Planning, Operations, and Quality.Use tools such as Visio, Signavio, and Business Optix to capture as-is (current state) and to-be (future state) process maps.Develop comprehensive Value Stream Maps and detailed Process Maps across multiple levels, aligned with strategic and operational goalsCreate Data Maps illustrating key data flows within the Client's Make ecosystem, supporting information transparency and system integration.Collaboration & Cross-Functional EngagementCollaborate with the entire Project JET team to ensure process maps accurately reflect current workflows and future optimization opportunities.Engage with SMEs, Business Analysts, and stakeholders from different client locations and other functions to gather insights, validate process details, and drive continuous improvement.Support the alignment of process maps across sites to enable harmonization, reduce variability, and ensure best practices are adopted.Translation into Business & User RequirementsPartner with Business Analysts to translate detailed process maps into clear, comprehensive user requirements (URs) that support system development, automation, and future process execution.Support future state process design and ensure process maps serve as a foundation for process standardization and lean initiatives.Future State Process Harmonization & OptimizationDrive the development of harmonized future state processes that enable streamlined, standardized, and scalable manufacturing operations.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential process bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement within the maps.Documentation & Process GovernanceMaintain accurate, version-controlled process documentation and maps.Support governance reviews to ensure process maps and documentation meet operational, compliance, and audit standards.Key requirements:Proficiency in Visio, Signavio, and Business Optix; lead creation of current and future state maps, Value Stream Maps, and Data MapsConduct complex process mapping sessions with SMEs and cross-functional teamsSupport process improvement initiatives, waste reduction, and process standardizationEngage SMEs and cross-functional teams for accurate process captureWork effectively across Jacksonville, Limerick, and other project teamsLead process mapping in manufacturing environmentsSupport data flow mapping within the Make ecosystemConvert maps into detailed, clear user requirements supporting automation and systems designDrive process harmonization, lean initiatives, and standardization
