About the Job:
The successful candidate will work on-site, operating within a customer's environment and under their governance. This role involves provision of accounts and equipment, supporting Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks and Office applications. Additionally,
the individual must maintain and build current documentation in place.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for imaging and deployment, managing file permissions
and access rights. They must also configure and support mobile devices,
analyze hardware faults
diagnose issues, resolve problems
and implement recovery strategies.
