Due to our expanding residential business in Cork, we are currently recruiting a Sales Negotiator who is ambitious, competent and innovative. The successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities which include the marketing and sale of residential property in Cork.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ability to handle a high volume of sales in a busy environment.
2. Manage the entire sales process from marketing to viewing and sales of new and resale properties.
3. Liaise with the marketing team and solicitors where required.
4. Strong market knowledge contributing to market intel database.
5. Expert negotiating skills to manage both new and existing client relationships in a professional manner.
6. Ability to work effectively, be target-driven and motivated by success.
7. Results focused with an organised approach to time management and workload requirements.
8. Ability to adapt to a changing and progressive organisation.
9. Capable of listening, analysing and understanding customer requirements.
10. Exceptional communication skills.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
1. PRSA License.
2. Full Driving License.
3. Ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.
4. Team player - working within a fast-paced dynamic team.
5. Good presentation.
6. Experience with onsite sales or estate agency is preferable; applicable sales or customer service background will be considered.
7. Good IT skills - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and associated databases.
8. Dependable - ability to work on your own initiative.
