The role:
As the Store Manager, you'll be accountable for overseeing all operational and sales activities within the store.

Oversee recruitment, training, and development of store staff to support long-term growth and performance.
Ensure staff maintain excellent product knowledge and deliver informative, engaging service.
Maintain high standards in staff presentation, behavior, and alignment with brand values.
The ideal candidate:
Demonstrated success in a retail or customer-facing store management role.
Proven track record in hitting or exceeding direct-to-consumer sales targets.
Previous Business to Business Sales experience an advantage
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop teams.
Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable with adapting to change and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
