As a dedicated insurance professional, you will have the opportunity to work in our dynamic Personal Lines Team. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service through telephone support, addressing policy renewals and new business queries with brokers, and providing underwriting expertise.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also be proficient in using Microsoft Office products and have good IT skills. A minimum of two honours subjects at Higher Level in your Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualifications are required.
Experience within the insurance industry is advantageous but not essential. What's crucial is that you can demonstrate attention to detail, interpret data accurately, and prioritize tasks effectively while considering the greater impact on the team.
