Who You Are:
* Experienced Leader: At least 3 years of experience as a Leisure Centre Manager in a fast-paced facility, ideally within a hotel.
* Motivator: Create a caring environment that promotes employee morale and engagement.
* Excellent Communicator: Strong organizational and leadership skills.
* Qualified Professional: Hold a 3rd level qualification.
* Training Expert: Experience in training, delivery, and evaluation.
* Certified Lifeguard: Hold an RLSS/Irish Water Safety Lifeguard qualification.
* Fitness Enthusiast: Qualified Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer and Pool Plant Room Operator.
* First Aid Savvy: Valid First Aid qualification and Manual Handling Instructor certification.
* Fluent in English:
