Lead Financial Operations
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Leader to oversee the billing and collections process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving process excellence, and achieving financial results.
Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership and Performance: Lead a team of Billing Analysts and Credit Controllers, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
* Billing and Process Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance with firm-wide policies and standards.
* Cash Collection and Lockup Management: Develop and implement a credit control strategy to optimize cash collection and minimize aged debt.
Requirements:
* At least 4-5 years' experience as a Billing Manager in the Legal Sector or Professional Services.
* Professional qualification: ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
* Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, Concur, and e-billing platforms.
* Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
* Data-driven with a sharp eye for process efficiency and KPIs.
