Candidate Requirements:
* Chef qualification and 2-3 years of Chef De Partie experience essential
* Passion for cooking and creativity
* Ability to produce dishes to a high standard
* HACCP trained with up-to-date certification
* Knowledge of ordering, stock control, and waste management
* Flexibility to meet business needs
* Fluent English (written and oral)
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform all kitchen service to the highest standard
* Maintain stock under optimal conditions
* Develop and introduce new menus and recipes
* Ensure mis-en-place is prepared and ready on time
* Participate in training and development
* Assist in maintaining health and safety standards
* Manage waste effectively
This role involves midweek and weekend shifts, with a mix of day and night hours. Flexibility is essential.
